Here's the winning recipe:

Salsa de Chipotle 4 green tomatoes
2 pieces of garlic
1 big chile chipotle (dried)
1/2 onion salt and pepper to taste

Procedure Toast the chipotle on the stove. Take out the seeds. Boil green tomatoes with garlic. Mix all the ingredients in the blender or mix in a molcajete.
