Recently renovated - this 1 bedroom 1 bath casita is in a great location - just five minute walk to the main square and 1/2 block from the Warren Hardy Language School. As you walk in the French doors there is the sofa, dining area that opens to the kitchen. In the living area you have a flatscreen TV, basic cable (ABC, CBS, NBC), with DVD player, there is Wifi internet, and a cell phone that upon arrival has $100 peso credit. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, and all new appliances. The is one bathroom in this apartment. The bedroom has a King bed with 400 thread count linens. The apartment gets alot of sunlight. The use of minimal color was to create a relaxing environment. There is a terrace outside with a small vegetable garden, that if in bloom you are welcome to help yourself!

Also, the maid comes 2 days a week, and she will clean and do the linens only. Great location, great price, with loads of amenities, come stay and see for yourself.
